every day, when the report start at midnight, the count begin from  23.18 MB, how can I resolve this error?

it may mean you are checking totals /daily report after the messenger and browser comes up. if any antivirus , antispy programs auto update or even windows update might be showing in the log.
this may not be a meter problem.
i would disconnect the net, reset the meter totals and restart.when there is no net connection it should start from 0.0
if you reset it all total readings will vanish.
make copy of it before reset.
i get 800KB start reading. today

I disconnected, resetted, restarted and then the counter start from 0

but if I reload the copy of the logs, the problem return....
